Wearable Berlin is colourful and extremely diverse – behind every successful business there are characters that make crucial contribution to success with their personal stories. To make you benefit from their experience, Wearable Berlin presents a variety of faces and stories.
On the first day of the convention the „Market of Possibilities“ and our „Success Stories“ will come to the fore, where producers, start-ups and research institutions present different success strategies and today’s market challenges like customer requirements. The program will be rounded off by an outlook on „Future Stories“. To start off this year’s event the Wearable Berlin awards will also be presented.
The second day of the convention offers three panels, where individual topics will be given greater depth: along with „B2B-Stories“ and „Brand Stories“ of brand manufacturers there will also be space for „Niche Stories“ and „Failed Stories“ about failed business models and projects. During the FuckUp Night start-ups will talk about their failures and the lessons they have drawn from these experiences. A networking party with Berlin craft beer will end the day.
Do you know Pecha Kucha? This very popular Japanese presentation format will be applied in our panels. It is as easy as entertaining: 20 automatically changing slides á 20 seconds, that means no longer than 6.5 minutes for one presentation. At Wearable Berlin exhibitors can present themselves during two Pecha Kucha sessions in order to win the audience’s attention and favour.
The wide range of topics during the convention gives you the possibility to inform yourself about current market trends, to extend your knowledge and to exchange views. Benefit from the expert know-how and secure yourself a genuine added value to your daily business. At Wearable Berlin specialists give an assessment of topics like investment strategies and project development, examine trend changes as well as the issue of funding and deal with risks not inherent in the industry.
During our Career Day the focus is on challenges and visions as well as on the personnel future in the industry. Well-known specialists present their projects, explain expansion strategies, their future personnel requirements and are up for discussion.
The agenda of Wearable Berlin convention is currently in process. In the course of the next weeks and months there will certainly be some changes in details and structures. We expect a first fixed version of the agenda in June.
